I envision a world where businesses are not just engines of profit, but living ecosystems for development, impact and regeneration.

I support founders and freelancers of purpose-driven initiatives in building companies that are aligned with their values—companies that regenerate rather than extract, that empower rather than exploit.

For this I found the COSMIC COMPANY a think tank and hub for concepts and offerings that support a regenerative culture.

experiences and actions

A few years ago, I embarked on a journey to look at my own inner patterns and mindsets through somatic coaching, gestalt therapy and holotropic breathing experiences. One of my beliefs was/is that I am only someone when I perform, when I work hard and show fast results. I am in the process of deconstructing this believe and transforming it into a positive and regenerative mindset.

I believe that inner work is the nourishing soil to create impact in the world.

Since completing my Bachelor's degree in 2008, I have been involved in sustainable development, founding start-ups and developing a people & culture structures for companies.

Most recently, I worked in People & Culture Management/ COO for the impact startup score4more, where I set up the operational processes, developed the company culture and recruited the team. After 2.5 years, I was wishing for a change and working since on my solo-business to support founders, start-ups and solo-preneues to shape a regenerative business and company culture.

    I take a holistic approach, connecting the levels of individual, organization, and ecosystem. I move away from linear thinking and the "story of separation" toward systemic approaches and a "story of interbeing”. Everything is interconnected.

    I'm not only interested in what we want to achieve together, but also in how we relate to one another. In my offerings, I create a space for experimentation—where attitudes can be questioned, strengthened, and further developed.

    My approach is comprehensible and transparent. In practical terms, this means making clear agreements and staying in close communication. Flexibility and adaptability are a given for me—especially in a world that is constantly changing.
